Order Processing Time
At Hafiz Shopping Center, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 1–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Major cities: 1–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier service conditions.

Shipping Method (Drop shipping)
We operate on a drop shipping model, which means some products may be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses within Pakistan. This helps us offer a wider variety of products at competitive prices.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We may also offer free shipping on selected products or limited-time promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to track your order easily.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled. In such cases, future orders may require advance payment.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or video), and we will assist you.
